The company started in the driver's seat

MTS Log was founded by a driver with more than six years of over-the-road experience in the United States, across dry van, flatbed and car hauling, with familiarity with the reefer segment.

That work meant daily exposure to how freight actually moves: pickup and delivery operations, shipper and receiver facilities, dispatch, appointment windows, delays, equipment requirements, load securement, long-haul realities and the day-to-day challenges drivers absorb quietly.

It also meant seeing broker-carrier relationships from the carrier side — where communication breaks down, where paperwork slows payment, and where customer expectations and operational reality do not match.

MTS Log exists because freight brokerage can be simpler, faster and more dependable when modern logistics technology is combined with actual experience from the road.
