City and state or ZIP is enough to get priced. The exact street address is only needed before booking.

No account required. We use your details only to price and coordinate your freight.

What we need to price your freight

The more precise the lane details, the more accurate the rate. Pickup and delivery locations, the equipment, the commodity and weight, and the pickup date are enough to start. Appointment windows, tarping requirements, dock access and whether a forklift or crane is available on site all change the number, so tell us early rather than at dispatch.

How the price is prepared

We price the specific corridor against current conditions — not a flat national average — and check the equipment and timing against what carriers will actually accept that week. You get an all-in rate and a straight answer about how tight the lane is. We deliberately do not publish an automated instant quote, because a number that cannot be covered on pickup day is worth nothing.

Once you accept, operating authority, insurance and carrier identity are verified before any truck is dispatched, and load documents stay attached to the shipment record.

Utah and nationwide coverage

We quote lanes across the continental United States, with particular depth in Utah and the Wasatch Front — Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Ogden, Provo and Utah County — along the I-15, I-80 and US-6 corridors. See Salt Lake City freight broker or Utah freight shipping for how those lanes run.

Freight quote questions

What information do you need to quote a load?
Pickup and delivery locations, the equipment you need, the commodity and weight, and your target pickup date. Anything else that affects the load — appointment windows, tarping, loading equipment on site — helps us price it accurately the first time.
How long does a freight quote take?
A person prices your lane, so it is not instant. We come back with an all-in rate and an honest read on how tight the lane is instead of publishing an automated number that cannot be covered on pickup day.
Do I need an account to get a quote?
No. The form takes four short steps and no account. Shippers who move freight regularly can pre-register so their company profile is ready before the first load.
Which equipment types can I quote here?
Dry van, flatbed and step deck truckload across the continental United States. If your freight exceeds legal height, width or weight, tell us and we will explain what an over-dimensional move involves.
