These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and freight brokerage services provided by 7 MOUNTAINS US LLC, operating as MTS Log ("MTS Log", "we", "us"). By using the site or requesting freight services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation or the rights of others. Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer unless otherwise stated.
Freight brokerage services
MTS Log arranges the transportation of freight through authorized motor carriers. Specific services, rates, terms and conditions for any shipment will be set out in the applicable booking, rate confirmation or other agreement for that shipment, which supplements these Terms. USDOT #8987809.

Our collection and use of information, including phone numbers and other mobile information, is described in our Privacy Policy.
SMS / mobile messaging terms
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, MTS Log may send you SMS messages for operational purposes related to your freight. By opting in, you agree to receive such messages and to the following:
- Messages are operational and may include freight quotes, bookings, dispatch, pickup, tracking, delivery and support communications.
- Message frequency varies depending on the activity on your shipments.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You may cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further text messages from us, subject to any legally required notices.
- For help, reply HELP, and you will receive information about how to manage your messages.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
MTS Log does not sell, rent or share your phone number or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message delivery
SMS messages are transmitted over carrier networks that are outside MTS Log's control. While we make reasonable efforts to send and receive messages in a timely manner, we do not guarantee delivery or receipt of any message. Delayed or undelivered messages may occur due to factors beyond our control, including mobile carrier outages, network conditions, device settings or service availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTS Log and its service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or for any reliance on such messages. You should not rely on SMS as your sole means of receiving time-sensitive information about your shipment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTS Log is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site, SMS messages, or our services, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Specific shipment terms, including carrier liability, will be governed by the applicable booking or rate confirmation agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
